Hello there,
nice work! On thank you page/section, it looks like few things are missing:
- background container / color
- the illustration image on top
- font-family for the Thank You text

yes its all looking much better now. Bg seems to be added as well as image.
Only thing left is that font-family for some parts (radio buttons to vote for ratings, "Thank you" text and "You selected.." text)
