Responsive Interactive rating component using Flexbox

My first challenge including Javascript after week of learning !

I just learned the basics so i just wanted to make it work, but I tried my best to keep my code clean. I'd be really glad for advices on my js code (what could be done more efficent, if variables naming is ok etc.)
