which is the best way between using <img> or attach image in css background for circle image in this project?

    I just finished the project and had a problem with the background img when using <img> tag. For this case is better to use CSS for img and background position.

    css background seems suitable for this challenge..

    & your solution looks good but you shouldn't be stretching it at 768px, I think it's just better to keep it the way it is all the way than to stretch it.
