Design comparison
Solution retrospective
- I'm proud that I didn't gave up on this project - I started this about a month ago but I wasn't ready for that challenge then and I struggled really bad with this now.
- I had to redo this project several times (8-10 times) because I didn't knew how to really position elements inside the container. I tried Flexbox, wanted to use Bootstrap grid but in the end what worked the best was actually grid and how to operate templates and fractions. This project involved a lot of double checking, watching YouTube videos and grit - so many times I was getting frustrated with myself but in the end I never gave up.
- Another problem that I encountered is how to use responsive design - had to watch and google so many things but hopefully I won't struggle as bad next time.
I think I just need to study more on Grid and maybe find a good CSS library and see if that would help me in the future. Best thing that this project did to me - it helped me understand how Grid and Flexbox actually work. Repetition/Repetition/Repetition.

Hello @Danielfww!
Your project looks great!
I have a suggestion about your code that might interest you:
š You can use the
<picture>
tag when you have different versions of the same image.Using the
<picture>
tag will help load the correct image to the user's device, saving bandwidth and improving performance.Example:
<picture> <source media="(max-width: 460px)" srcset="{desktop image path here}"> <img src="{mobile image path here}" alt="{alternative text here}"> </picture>
I hope this helps!
Other than that, excellent work!
