responsive and animated chat app illustration

If you are reading this, I appreciate the time you took. So far, this task has gone well, except for the fact that I cannot find a way to remove the horizontal scroll bar even by hiding the background decoration overflow. I would greatly appreciate any advice you could give me...thanks in advance
