👾Hello Michael, Congratulations on completing this challenge!
Great code and great solution! I’ve few suggestions for you that you can consider adding to your code:
- I saw that for some properties you’ve used
rem
and for otherspx
. In this case, it is better to use only one kind of unit to have a better organization for your code.relative units
asrem
orem
have a better fit if you want your site more accessible between different screen sizes and devices.REM
andEM
does not just apply to font size, but to all sizes as well. - The icon doesn’t have an important role when you think about semantics and the html structure. So you can add
aria-hidden=“true”
to avoid it being found and read in the accessibility mode/screen readers. These are only decorative items. - To make your CSS code easier to work you can create a
single class
to manage the content that is mostly the same for the 3 cards (paddings, colors, margins and etc) and another class to manage the characteristics that are different (colors and icon), this way you'll have more control over then and if you need to change something you modify only one class.
✌️ I hope this helps you and happy coding!

Hey there! Here are some suggestions to help improve your code:
-
The car images/icons serve no other purpose than to be decorative; They add no value. Their Alt Tag should left blank and have an aria-hidden=“true” to hides it from assistive technology.
-
The headings are being use incorrectly. For this challenge, each heading is equally as important. So the best option, is to use <h2> Heading, because it will give each card the same level of importance and it's reusable.
-
Your "buttons" were created with the incorrect element. When the user clicks on the button they should directed to a different part of you site. The Anchor Tag will achieve this.
-
Remove the
border-radius
from the individual component and instead add it to the component container along withoverflow: hidden
. -
You want to adjust the
padding
andfont-size
as the screen size decrease to better accommodate the smaller screen size.
If you have any questions or need further clarification, let me know.
Happy Coding! 👻🎃
