@Ekta1211 I was checking your repository and noticed that you had made three commits of your project, on the second commit I noticed that you had added the files, but had forgotten to upload the folders, such as the assets folder that contains the images.
It is possible that you have submitted your solution to the platform with that incomplete version, so it is not reflected. Already when you added the folders, they only reflect the images in the preview since the platform saves the link that is connected to GitHub.
If you upload it again it should appear complete.
