Looks good. I'd suggest using REM or EM for the font sizes. the 12px fonts on desktop look really small. Otherwise good stuff

What are you most proud of, and what would you do differently next time?
I'm proud I was able to do most of this on my own. I really was quick with getting the HTML sorted and the CSS structure going. Next time I would like to possibly somehow do a table instead of a grid for the items at the bottom.
What challenges did you encounter, and how did you overcome them?
I didn't have to many challenges in this one.
