Solution retrospective

After deployment the app does not work as intended as Heroku will 404 when the page is refreshed or an incorrect url is input. I have spent many hours trying to fix this but with no luck. It seems to be an issue with my routing using json-server and express. If anyone knows what the issue could be I would greatly appreciate it. I would also appreciate all other feedback as well.
