React, React Pure Carousel Package, Nano Id

im fairly new to react i noticed that when i toggle the burger menu on mobile the icon sometimes takes a milli second or two to change where as the menu shows immediately and sometimes when i click on the thumbnails in the desktop display version it appears as though the UI disappears for a moment then re appears not a big deal but id like to know why this happens maybe i need to use react memo I'm not sure any feedback is welcome and appreciated!!
