1)you have used card width as 230px that is kind of fixed ,in future to be on more responsive side try to use min-width,max-width
2)you have vertical scroll in your site ,you can work on to remove it as per original design may be removing margin-top some other things can help ,give it a try
3)you have used footer in regards to semantics html tag ,you can also replace main div container with main tag ,reading more about semantics html may help
