Buenas, tu repositorio github con tu código indica que tu proyecto esta vacío , puede que por eso no se visualice bien tu página, igual no se llega a ver el código QR, revisa por las dudas la ruta de donde tengas esa carpeta con la imagen.

Your solution looks great!
I have one suggestion:
<img>, make sure to set the correct path and upload the folder with the assets to Github with the project, otherwise your code won't be able to find the image. And if your code can't find it, it won't show.I hope it helps!

@danielmrz-dev ola danilo, o problema nao esta na pasta, pois na pasta consta a imagem, tive problema em criar o repositorio no github e fazer o upload de todos os arquivos la .. preciso de ajudar nisso ainda.,

Se você conseguiu fazer upload dos arquivos do projeto, é só fazer exatamente a mesma coisa com as pastas
