I imagine it's because the SRC points to a folder in your computer which you haven't uploaded to the repository- You need to either upload said folder (don't know if it's possible to upload folders), or alter the SRC in GitHub to look for the image files in the ¿root? folder. For example, if the SRC is something like src=".images/image-qr-code" you need to change it to src="./image-qr-code"
