Please give me feedback about the Css I used. Is there any way to make it cleaner?

Hello there 👋. Good job on completing the challenge !
I have some suggestions about your code that might interest you.
HTML 🏷️:
- Wrap the page's whole main content in the
<main>
tag.
- Since this component involves scanning the QR code, the image is not a decoration, so it must have an
alt
attribute. Thealt
attribute should explain its purpose. e.g.QR code to frontendmentor.io
CSS 🎨:
- Instead of using pixels in font-size, use relative units like
em
orrem
. The font-size in absolute units like pixels does not scale with the user's browser settings. Resource 📘.
- The
width: 100vw
property in thebody
tag is not necessary. This will create a horizontal scrollbar on some devices.
-
Use
min-height: 100vh
instead ofheight
. Setting the height to 100vh may result in the component being cut off on smaller screens, such as a mobile phone in landscape orientation.
I hope you find it useful! 😄 Above all, the solution you submitted is great!
Happy coding!
Marked as helpful1@UmutYGPosted over 1 year ago@MelvinAguilar That was really helpfull! Thank you! I actually adjusted the code as you mentioned, but the landscape mode still cuts of the component, why? Also, is it makes sense the set border-radius a rem unit?
