Hey awesome job! It does seem like your source code is not publicly accessible on your GitHub, so no one is able to take a look at the code.
The only major difference I see between your design and the solution is with the bold title. I think your font size is slightly smaller, and there is a little too much spacing above it between the QR image. Otherwise it looks spot on, great job!
