What Makes Me Most Proud: In this QR code component project, I'm really impressed of how successfully I applied the mobile-first design strategy. Realizing a simple, responsive design that works well on a variety of devices was a noteworthy accomplishment. Furthermore, the component's overall user experience and aesthetic appeal were significantly improved by the integration of Google Fonts.
What I Would Do Differently Next Time: I would put more effort into early-stage planning and testing across a wider range of devices in future projects. This would facilitate the quicker detection of any layout problems or discrepancies. In order to obtain more control and efficiency when positioning elements in layout designs—especially in more complicated projects—I would also investigate the use of CSS Grid in addition to Flexbox.
What challenges did you encounter, and how did you overcome them?Challenges - One of the primary issues in responsive design was making sure that the QR code component appeared well on all devices, particularly those with smaller screens. It was challenging to keep the QR code functioning and visible while adjusting its size and placement. Overcome - Media Queries: I used a lot of media queries to address the responsiveness problem. I was able to establish multiple styles for different screen widths because of this. I repeatedly tested the component across a range of devices to make sure that the scaling and layout held up over time.
