Solution retrospective
This is my first challenge and it was pretty easy but I really struggled to publish the site because it didn't work on Github and didn't work on netlify with a git hub file so I had to use the file straight from my computer which I wasn't very happy about. When I deploy the repository on netlify, it says the page isn't working even tho I saved the file as index.html. I am unsure why that is. Please do you have any advice to how I can get it to work because I have tried everything and I think it would make life easier if I could connect it with GitHub. Thank you

Hey there, For hosting on GitHub, I think you have to make sure that the files are in a separate repository instead of lumping them in a folder inside a repo. Though it looks like you're trying to host an empty file, using the doc route. Try putting the files in the doc folder or outside of it.

When i first publish to github it gave me site not found error. i deleted, changed name, tried different things, in the last try when i was reading publishing guide i came back and look and it was working. maybe you can wait like 5 minutes after publishing
