try putting './' on the src tag:

src="./images/image-qr-code.png"
alt="Qr code"
/>
I had the same problem before and this worked... (idk y)

I completed a challenge, and the image turned out well in my browser. However, when I uploaded it, I couldn't see the image. Do you have any ideas or suggestions on why this might be happening?
