Nice solution and code structure, very concise and efficient.
I don't really have any negative feedback or suggestions to give, I only wonder why you've created a separate css file for media queries? (not that it's a bad thing) I have the habit doing it within the same file, after the styling.

Thanks for the comment.
Regarding the seperate file, when learning media queries it was on a full webpage tutorial and therefore advised to keep organised so I thought best to continue the habit for future builds when the time comes for advanced workflows.
