I had difficulty in centering my QR Code image inside the white container, as it was a bit outwards. But solved the issue by giving margin: X px auto;

    Design wise it looks as good as original.

    I don't see your source code on your GitHub repo, but I think you have not used h1 tag in your code that's why you are having accessibility issues. It is necessary to use the first level heading.

    If I could see your code then I can tell you what else is causing these issues.
