Profile Card Component using css flexbox and custom properties

It was very difficult figuring out the image placing but after doing some Google research I figured it out.

I'm still unsure of the background circles not responding like I want when going down to mobile but maybe they are fine like that?

Any best practices when using images and centering and such after looking at my code is greatly appreciated, thank you!!

EDIT I fixed my background images using percentages instead of pixels for responsiveness. Also, cleaned up my alt text on image, thanks. Version 1.1
