Profile card component solution using Sass and mobile first workflow

I used a lot of media queries in order to have the 2 background bubbles to be responsive based on the width of the window, I was not able t see how to have the background fixed and using negative values to play with the position of the 2 bubbbles, I will gladly appreciate the feedback, suggestions and advices you provide to me, I know I can do it even better and I am open to learn!
