General feedback is appreciated. In particular I am struggling with a few things. First, I am trying to make the two background circles responsive. I don't know how to keep them intersecting the card at the same place when I resize the width. Second, I tried to position the attribution at the bottom of page by using position and offset properties but it only worked by adding a lot of top margin. I can't seem to figure out why position and offset didn't work.
