I have a question

what is the right way to put the profile photo between 2 divs? is using margin minus(-) already correct?
I'm really struggle with the background, how exactly is the right way to write the html/css for the background on this design? should i make the background in a separate class or put it in background-image in body is enough?

Any feedback inside or outside of my question are very welcome, i want to learn more, thanks in advice
