I used javascript, added windows event listener to check for resize. Is there a better way to implement it.

You did well to use JavaScript. I wanted to too but I told myself I had to try without it and it wasn't an easy task. Congratulations on your project, it is pixel perfect.

Check out this page, I was not able to implement it perfectly but maybe you can.
