Responsive Web design is the approach that suggests that design and development should respond to the user’s behavior and environment based on screen size, platform and orientation.

Simply - Design should adjust according to change in screen size.

Hi SHANMUGAM The principle is that Amulya wrote. You have to use media queries. for example: '@media(min-width:763px)' You can learn about it at w3school Good learning!
