How do you rate my first html css project ever?

It looks similar to design so you did CSS fine. But it's not responsive. Also this project has 2 images one for desktop and one for mobile version and I believe the main purpose of this project was to understand how to use picture tag of HTML to adjust/change images accoriding to view width.
