What are you most proud of, and what would you do differently next time?

I can say I learned a lot while doing this.

As for what I'd do differently, a whole lot, not just on the structural level, but simply having a plan at the beginning would have saved me a lot of time, the code would be much cleaner, and I'd not already be done with this project before I worked on the mobile version :)
