Hi @RAY-DEV67 ๐, good job completing this challenge,! ๐
I have some suggestions you might consider to improve your code:
- The
<h1>
element is the main heading on a web page. There should only be one<h1>
tag per page. The HTML Section Heading elements (Reference). This case requires thatSUVS
,SEDANS
, andLUXURY
be<h2>
elements.
- The
Learn More
elements should beanchor
tags and not buttons because they redirect to another website.
- Not all images should have alt text. Car icons are for decoration purposes only, so they can be hidden from screen-readers by adding
aria-hidden="true"
and leaving its alt attribute empty:
<img src="./images/icon-sedans.svg" alt aria-hidden="true"> <img src="./images/icon-suvs.svg" alt aria-hidden="true" > <img src="./images/icon-luxury.svg" alt aria-hidden="true" >
I hope those tips will help you! ๐

๐พHello @RAY-DEV67, Congratulations on completing this challenge!
Great code and great solution! Iโve few suggestions for you that you can consider adding to your code:
- Add the correct color for the background, that in this case is
background-color: #F2F2F2
- The icon doesnโt have an important role when you think about semantics and the html structure. So you can add
aria-hidden=โtrueโ
to avoid it being found and read in the accessibility mode/screen readers. These are only decorative items. - To make your CSS code easier to work you can create a
single class
to manage the content that is mostly the same for the 3 cards (paddings, colors, margins and etc) and another class to manage the characteristics that are different (colors and icon), this way you'll have more control over then and if you need to change something you modify only one class.
โ๏ธ I hope this helps you and happy coding!
