Practicing React w Coding bootcamp testimonials slider

I know the SCSS isn't perfect or whatever but I did this project to help me with my React. Anyone who knows React could you help me with some pointers please?

Specifically, I was wondering if I should be doing any logic in my App.jsx at all or should I be doing logic in the individual component pages and then simply putting the links in the App.jsx?
