Ping coming soon page solution

so...i had issues working with react hook form and still didn't understand it even with all the tutorials i watched and read...(i also couldnt find tutorials on how to do it in regular html with javascript)...So if you have any form of tutorial that thoroughly breaks the concepts down i'd greatly appreciate it....thanks in advance!
