    The use of hsl for colors and relative units like rem and vw is great for flexibility and responsiveness. However, using div for clickable links (instead of buttons or anchor tags) reduces semantic accessibility. The design is bold and spacious but could benefit from tighter padding and cleaner interactions like transitions for hover effects. Overall, it's a solid, adaptable layout but could use minor improvements for modern UI practices.
