Notifications page

This was a good challenge thought i would change things a bit learned how to implement different themes :) 2 wasn't enough so added a 3rd one and made the switch between them random that was an interesting challenge. The one thing i do need help on is i couldn't seem to find a way to update the notification icon without refreshing the whole page on the js part he innerText of that icon is set after i look though the notification to find ones with unread state but after the first time is sets the values i doesn't seem to update it afterwards am really to this 2 weeks on js and 1 month on html/css so am little confused so i just posted it without completing that part any help would be great :)
