  wrap <div class="attribution"> in a footer tag to fix the accessibility issues.

  Give h1 and p the same font-size of 15px which is 0.9375rem, text-align: center, the same margin-left, margin-right and margin-top values. Give p a margin bottom value.

  The image is not visible because you uploaded alot of folders to the git-repository instead of uploading only the content of Qr code, make sure you are in the qr code directory before you push your files to GitHub.
