I tried adding an overlay to it, and this is what I came up with. I'm faced with two issues that I am not able to solve: 1. the transform works fine on my computer but then when I put it on the browser, it transforms differently. 2. I don't want to increase scale of the "eye", I just want to increase scale of the background, and I am not sure how to do that. Any help would be appreciated.
