I've been unable to get the icon to hover without opacity. I've tried referencing multiple different tutorials but can't seem to get it to work. Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you!

I also had the same problem .Take a look at YouTube video by "coder coder" with the title"how to make background image transparent in Css" and that video helped me or u can refer my code I used the concept which I learned from that video.
