NFT Preview Card Component using flex and grid

A project that looked simple at first but I had surprising difficulty with applying a green tint and revealing an icon when the image is hovered over. In the end I found a way to draw the tint as a box of empty content that changes opacity. I also had to keep playing around with display properties to get the price and time information layout working without stretching the images.

Are there more elegant solutions for the image hover effects? Are there better ways to handle the layout of the price and time?
