I have used Bootstrap and Flexbox to create this projects. However I was unable to create that colored hover overlay on card image. Any help and feedback would be appreciable.Thank you.

    Hi, @sidddharthamishra.

    Well done on implementing the design.

    To create the hover effect, i have written a simple demo code. You can learn from it and modify it to show the eye icon. https://jsfiddle.net/6sogmcw8/

    You should use semantic HTML markup. It's much better for readability and accessibility.
