Hello! I found this wonderful little javascript framework, which I thought would be perfect for experimenting with this challenge. Also add css animations in an rgb border. For some unknown reason the :hover property I made for the image doesn't work in Chrome and it does in Firefox. If anyone can help me with that, I'd appreciate it. I hope you like the result! Thank you!!
