What was difficult?!

Making the svg visible and also with the neon-like background. Took me about 2 days to resolve. Hopefully I find better ways or someone recommends one

    I saw another solution on here that used :hover over that div/img element then in the img:hover rule they set the background on there and used a property called 'mixed-blend-mode' and set that value to 'hard-light' I believe - their solution was much less verbose than mine and looked cleaner.

    I'm glad you got it figured out and your solution looks great, keep it up!
