Next 13 Todo app with Express and mongoDB backend

Hi! The purpose of this project was to focus on experimenting with next.js's app directory setup. I also wanted to get more comfortable with creating an express + MongoDB backend. The majority of the focus was developing the backend API with not as much attention to the styling.
