Newsletter w/ error-state Mobile First, Desktop, Firefox and Chrome

Please take a look and let me know if there are better ways of achieving the task I tackled. Are there styles choices that would make sense or ways to reduce redundant code. If you are using a different browser that doesn't work well with it please let me know, that way I can modify the code to accommodate the browser you are using.
