Solution retrospective

What are you most proud of, and what would you do differently next time?

This has been my first Rails project in years. I was ablo to setup a new app and manage to implement the solution from scratch till deployment. Dealing with Rails 8 new features, Turbo, Stimulus and Kamal was really challeging.

What challenges did you encounter, and how did you overcome them?
  • Using Turbo Streams to update the page
  • Using Stimulus to implement form validation and turning off HTML5 validation
  • Deploying to a server with Kamal
