Newsletter Sign Up Component

Created with Next/Tailwind/TS. I've tried adding a few libraries like Zod for type-safety and react-hook-form. These aren't really needed for such a simple project because the html email validation should be fine, but I wanted to get a feel for how these libraries work. In the future I plan to implement a database where I can store emails for practice in setting those features up.
