Solution retrospective
Seeing that it was in the HTML / CSS category, I decided to build the hamburger menu using HTML and CSS only, using a checkbox, it was challenging and took longer time than I expected, but I am glad I am working on and shaping my skills as a developer.
Critics are all welcome, what should I have done better?
