Adding the cursor:pointer to the <h3> and <h4> tags would make it seem like the user would be clicking on a link.

@joshmichael23 thanks bro.. i will make and ammendment to it ..i only did so because at the active design we were given there is hover on them which change their color . so i think given them a cursor effect will look cool. Thanks sir
