Multi-step form solution

Is there any best practices for using Tailwind? Noticed that I rely heavily on the arbitrary values, I wanted to put repetitive style in Tailwind config file, but not really sure on the naming of some values for example Tailwind has 4: 16px and 5: 20px, and I would like to add 17px, what would be naming for it. So I don't like naming stuff in coding, so thats why I rely on arbitrary values.
