  Hey, the multi-step form is generally well-designed and functions as expected. However, there are a few minor improvements that could be made:

  Invalid Number Validation: When entering an invalid number, the form displays the message "This field is required" even though a value is present. Consider providing more specific guidance to the user, such as "Please enter a valid number".

  Tablet Responsiveness: The form's layout could be optimized for a better user experience on tablet devices.

  With these adjustments, the form will be even more user-friendly and provide a seamless experience across different devices.
