    I really like your project, your README file is well-structured and have all information, nice job with it :) Your code looks clean and is easy to understand - thanks to your comments.

    Only little changes: add cursor pointer to clear all and mortgage type and in mortgage type elements add functionality on whole element, not only on radio button, so user can click anywhere and choose option
