Mobile first workflow on social proof section

Dear fellow frontend developers. As a new member I am here to improve my skills and would like to hear any and all comments. There aren't many questions that I have. Only one really pops to my mind.

When you look at my code, is there anything that you would recommend to change? Or could you at least point me to a line(s) that you think could be improved.
